Thank you. But don’t feel sorry for me, we are being positive. DH and I have chatted about making 51st birthday a big one. We are thinking of Hawaii with a stop at Vegas or LA first.

I am also thinking about doing something very naughty and wearing a 50th birthday badge on my 51st. Is that allowed? Shame on me.

We are in a similar situation but fortunately, our daughters wedding is booked in England.

Happy news that we, DD and future son in law and his parents went to the wedding food tasting on saturday and it all tasted wonderful.

Today the council confirmed their notice of intent appointment will be going ahead, just in a different location and obviously strict hygiene etc. So first hurdle crossed. Keeping positive.

Yes our plans will have to be delayed but still celebrated at a later date, who knows if you are 50 or 51 you must wear a badge with pride and have loads of fun. Xx
