This pandemic has really revealed the worst in people ... but today we have seen the best in people.

An elderly couple three doors down from us are in isolation and were about to run out of UHT skimmed milk; that is all the husband can drink. We are also in isolation so we asked our kids to look out for some. None in the shops anywhere!
Then, half an hour ago our eldest DD (26) turned up with 7 litres of it. Unbeknownst to us she had put an appeal out on Facebook, and had driven around Hull this morning to collect them.
They were not from her FB friends though, they were from total strangers! And none of them wanted anything for them.

Both DW and I welled up!
