I used that email address too. We sent the email Friday 13th and had confirmation of cancellation a week later. Sounds like they are caught up a bit now if yours was same day. We didn’t actually have the money back on card as of yesterday however, that maybe will take a bit longer.

Got cancellation invoice later same day and tbh now cancelled at least its a weight off my mind even if refund takes a while. Advised should receive refund in approx 7 working days although of course it could be longer.

Did you lose anything? Do they have an admin/cancellation fee?

No loss of deposit or admin fee charged - been advised any canx up to 30 june 2020 will not incur admin fee or any loss. Decided better to do sooner rather than later in case their policy changes!

We were due to fly on the 24th of April and I was told there would be a £30 per person fee to cancel as our flight hadn’t been cancelled yet.

Do try again to get another agent - the one i spoke to was definite about refund outside 72 hrs and I def did not get charged an admin fee - she made a point of saying admin fee was being waived.

I emailed them last Friday to cancel my September trip, still no reply but I hope to hear from them within a week, like Claudette did.
