Mobile Section 75 ... Quick question

I've booked a couple of holidays (not Disney) a couple of months ago with TUI/First Choice and paid a low deposit on a debit card. If I paid the balance of the low deposit on a credit card (over £100) would I be covered by Section 75? Just thinking about some extra protection given the current situation ... and yes I should have paid the original part by credit card but I forgot! 🤦🏼

I’m not 100% sure - I believe it’s any amount paid on a credit card, but I just wanted to say that you should be ok with Tui - they’ve just had a €1.8bn koan agreed from the German government

If you pay your balance on a personal credit card (not business) then you are covered. Even if you paid £1 deposit by credit card and the balance in cash, you would be covered.
