I’m a huge fan of the floor and wall tiles being the same, or at least the same colour.

Sorry didn’t see you were updating. The final bathroom looks lovely! Very posh hotel like!

Looks fabulous, we're just in the choosing stage :-/ We looked at the same size shower and one showroom said we'd need a back panel as the water would go everywhere, I didn't want the feel of a cubicle so i'm not keen on the thought of another panel, has it been ok?

My husband owns a showroom and would always recommend an end panel and deflector panel. He would have refused to sell it without as water will go everywhere. We've experienced this recently at Center Parcs and even with an end wall but no deflector panel the water was leaking right out of the tray.

It's not been too bad. There is a bit of splash but nothing that is of any worry to us. We have lifted the tray at the end very slightly so the water runs back and we've placed the shower head as far back as we could get away with. The shower head is on a ball hinge too so we've set it so it's angled slighty backwards too.

Thank you both, we did look at a flipper panel too. We have teenage boys who will be the main users so a back panel may be the way to go!
