I didn’t say that quarantine wasn’t necessary, but there’s quite a few ‘public health experts’ who said at the time that quarantine would have been more effective had it taken place on land with the ability (space) to control cross infection. Several crew members have the virus but they weren’t in quarantine and going about their duties, including preparing and distributing meals.

Those cruise ship passengers in Japan have been treated like captive guinea pigs in a giant incubator for the virus. 705 passengers and crew out of 3,711 are now infected. 6 have died. Shocking.

Some of the Brits on there said they had felt abandoned to their fate.
It is so sad that this man has died.
