VA Tinkerbell Upper Class

Hi, I have booked Upper Class as a once in a lifetime treat for our family including my parents who have always wanted to do this, but now started to hear horror stories about the plane Tinkerbell and the UC being terrible with basic and old inflight entertainment, no bar and lumpy scruffy seats? Knowing our families luck we are bound to be on this plane so my question is, is it really that bad? Has anyone flown on it recently? TIA

I thought all their planes had been overhauled.

I thought it was a LHR plane so shouldn't be on the LGW to MCO route as the layout is totally wrong for that route.

I can't believe they would let their planes get really bad. I know they are old but they can still keep up the standard.
As the other post says - let us know what they say
