Try in a couple of weeks. If you book then and it goes down before you go you can cancel and rebook without penalty.

I’m doing Disney Care Care Centre pick up to Port Canaveral. I think it’s because the care care shuts at 3pm on the 2nd! I will try it again now, thanks!

While you're on line I did contact Sunpass through their web site asking when they are going to update the Avis/Budget admin fees and this was the next to useless reply

For those dates, you'd need to enter a collection time of 2pm or earlier. Think it might be something to do with their new temporary operating hours loaded in to the system for all future bookings.
