UPDATE…...Well, following the cancellation letters last week (which showed the amount they still owed me on both bookings I received an email today from paypal with the title: "You've received a refund from EURO DISNEY VACANCES" !
When I managed to pick myself up off of the floor I decided to look at the emails and, guess what...…..THEY'RE SHORT BY OVER £400 ! I agree that Facebook seems to be the only way to get in touch with Disney, now, their call centre seems to be closed today (not sure it is a public holiday in France?). Chargeback it is, then...

Hi all, just to let you know I received my deposit back today and that’s all money paid back. Took 12 weeks from initial payment but got it in the end, well done Disney..

I'm completely confused as have received a Paypal refund today but my total refunded over 3 months is still over £200 short! Also, they asked me to fill out a bank transfer form as they said they couldn't refund me by Paypal anymore! Really starting to get fed up now
 Any ideas welcomed!

Final amount has now reached my account - so good to tick that off my to do list but just wish I could have enjoyed the holiday instead! Maybe next year
