Disney reservations and tickets paid with deposit
Hi all,
Does anyone know anything about how Disney will be managing reservations for reopening? I am an AP holder with a trip booked in October, but the 7 others in our group due to travel are not. We have everything booked and paid for including flights, villa and car hire - but the park tickets for those 7 which were booked 8 or 9 months back were booked with a deposit and due to arrive 6 weeks before we go (when the balance will be taken from my credit card). This was with ATD. Disney are now saying reservations will open up for those with tickets already before new tickets are sold. I assume that means tickets linked in My Disney Experience? Will I receive my tickets from ATD if I pay the balance now? And if I do that am I risking a further significant cost which we may not be able to recoup if it turns out we cannot go? Liam

Wondering the same thing. A post somewhere said a supplier had confirmed they would get their tickets. I’ve contacted mine. I suspect the answer is no one knows for sure not even Disney what they will be able to honour and what they won’t

Orlando Attractions got back to me this morning. I may as well quote their reply
We don't really have the answers to all of the questions yet, as we are waiting for details directly from Disney for many different scenario's. We would hope to hear more over the weekend. What we will do, is hold any enquiries such as yourself & we will make contact once we have all of the details from Disney. Fair enough really, and fair play to them for at least replying, the must be inundated |
