I have one and like others combine it with my fitness pal to track my food. I started using it in earnest when I realised how easy I was gaining during lockdown. It’s very good I must admit, I think I prefer it to my Apple Watch for accuracy and battery life too.

I bought one in January and have have used it ever since. To be honest I can't remember what version it is. It was only £50 from Argos and I found I had a voucher for £45 languishing in purse, so I only paid a fiver 😀 I join the mid week hustle with some fitbit friends to keep me motivated.
Combine it with using my Fitness pal and don't add in your steps/exercise, bank those steps to help with weight loss
