What is bubble seat?

I am confused and I booked VA&Delta for this Oct/Nov and pick seats

Now I have to do again on 90 days to confirm it? I am confused with it

After a discussion on Friday & deciding we will be taking downstairs seats because there was no way we are paying for seats, we've now decided to go for the bubble on the way out
