They’re quite straightforward and as they’re sealed in chocolate (well, candy melts) they last a while too
I think you’re underselling yourself saying they’re straightforward 😉

They honestly are!
A bit time consuming but nothing too tricky.
I do hate making cakepops though but lots of people think it’s fun... 😬

You are brilliant! They look perfect- I wouldn’t even try them.

I’ve got fudge to make, but I’ve already baked 3 batches of snickerdoodle cookies since Sunday. They go down well at home and work. Also love Nigella’s chic chip cookies.

Peppermint bark, very easy to make. I just googled a recipe although not much of a recipe.
Dark chocolate, white chocolate, peppermint extract and crushed candy canes.

Slow cooker fudge

Slow cooker fudge
500g chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Melt chocolate in slow cooker on low. Add other ingredients. Stir every 15 mins for 2 hours. Pour into lined baking tray and leave to cool. I've done chopped Toblerone, malteasers, bounty etc if you add the flavours early they melt to become all over flavour if you add later you get chunks

I got the recipe on the dibb ages ago. Have made it with mint aero balls - yummy
