Making Plan B and Plan C!

Holding our breath waiting on news of whether we will get to go on our cruise or not, we are due to fly to Miami at the end of March, and board the Celebrity Reflection on April 3rd, have booked a hotel in Orlando for a week, and three nights in Miami south beach, just in case cruise is cancelled.
Failing that, if we cannot go to USA at all, we will go to Corfu, and try out Ikos Dassia which is on my bucket list. Wont be the holiday we planned but would still be lovely! Worst case scenario we have to stay at home, eating all this bloody pasta! 😂

Celebrity and Royal Caribbean have suspended cruises departing from USA for 30 days from tonight, which means ours will be cancelled.

Not sure our Plan B or Plan C will be viable given the speed at which the virus situation is affecting everything. Ideally would like to go to Greece but have a feeling I will be at home, eating pasta and wishing I had some loo roll!

Ours is cancelled too.

We expected this to happen, so earlier in the week were considering keeping our flights and still trying to have a different type of holiday. But am expecting flights from the UK to the US to be banned next and I’m not sure where else we could go instead.

DH’s boss has already asked him if he’ll be working instead as he won’t be able to go away.

Yes we have flights to Miami in place, and considered land holiday but aside from the shockingly high hotel costs to stay anywhere west coast, I also feel flying to US will be banned next. Going to greece, well, I am not sure if they have any issues, restrictions etc, but scared to book in case we get the virus, or are isolated etc. Not the right mind set for it. Repriced for early July, and its double the cost!

We thought ours was cancelled last night as ours is April 11th so 29 days but now RCL state they are resuming on April 11th so we are still in limbo.

We did plan on doing that, but accommodation looks very expensive would also need car, food, drinks etc. Our cruise was all inclusive. I think we will be banned from flying to US altogether before long.
