I have two contradictory emails from Klook.

Just hope when we get confirmation of cancelled flights they refund!

I have contacted them regarding Our SeaWorld and Universal tickets but all I'm getting is - To assist you further please provide airline or hotel cancellation proof and that the tickets are valid until end of Dec.

I've asked for some clarity on what options are available if and when My flights get cancelled.

But no real explanation on what to do. I guess depending on what rep answers your reply decides what answer You will get.

At least You have it in writing that they will refund You.

This is the second reply i got from them so i am now waiting for Tui to cancel my holiday or Trump to close entry into states past my Holiday date then i will get back onto them.

Just another thought on this, as we were issued vouchers surely Klook will not have paid Universal for these tickets, and probably wont get billed by Universal until the voucher is redeemed at the Booths, so they are not going to lose out on refunding vouchers anyway.

Yeh not sure how the set up between universal and klook works, but You would think It should be straight forward to cancel the vouchers.

Our trip is towards the end of the year which at present sounds good but if all this is still going on, I will run out of time to use the vouchers, So they should really offer a refund or expiery extension @ the customers choice.

That's before I even think about the current exchange rate 🙄

I’ve got confirmation of our refund from Klook this morning, will take upto 10 business days to come back to my credit card. That was for the 14 day passes we booked on the 7th of jan.

We were heading out on the 1st April and this was for 4 x 14 day tickets to universal (3 parks)
