Asda delivery slot

I cannot seem to amend my asda delivery at all, its not until Sunday afternoon, said online i can amend up to 10pm 2 days before. Omly option on screen is for me to cancel slot, any ideas?

They've changed it all today and I think it means you can now only amend from 2 days before up till 10pm the night before so would think you may be able to amend tomorrow. I have a collection tomorrow but my other slots had changed to cancel with no option to amend. I did look on the app and that still seemed to be giving me the option to amend earlier but that may have changed. It's probably better as I amended this slot so much due to stuff being out of stock.

I've found the app glitchy recently but works ok on a PC. What are you using?

Thanks for the suggestions, i read it that i could only amend up to 2 days before. I am also on ipad and phone so will try again on pc.

Most slots are limited for at least two weeks at a time. We had to book a slot last Tuesday for next Thursday night! I’m going to take a look again tomorrow and Saturday for a slot the week after. This week we have had to resort to going to Morrison’s for three days to get essentials for DMIL and us three and the two cats . We are key workers and struggling to find the items we need for a full week’s worth of meals. Hard to plan meals when there’s not much left on the shelves still in the supermarkets. No Dettol to be found or any bleach up here at the moment. Lots more unavailable too.

I cant get any more slots, i think they have cut them all off now for the vulnerable list

I notice they are now only doing 7 days ahead on slots.

I have an order due for next Friday which I amended last night and I will amend again before the cut off. Best not leave it to the last minute so I can access the website.

Yes I found this out too today,trying to add to my order, annoying as they didnt email this information, my slot is for Monday and I cant amend it!

Not sure you will be able to amend,I cant for my order in 4 days time.

If you can, it is now easier just to pop down to the supermarket. Ours are fully stocked and no queues.
