Mobile Gatwick Parking Refund

Has anyone received a refund from Gatwick parking for their cancelled booking yet? We requested ours on 21st March and still no response.

I’m waiting for Heathrow hotel & parking refund, booked via official site but then it booked through APH, their website says they are shut, I’ve sent an email too.
Good luck I think it will be a month or two

I’m still waiting too, email to cancel sent nearly 3 weeks ago.

It used to be simple to cancel the booking and get a refund via the website.

They seem to have put the option to cancel back on their website, got an email from them yesterday saying to cancel online again.

I emailed to cancel a couple of weeks ago and then saw the buttons were back so also cancelled online, so hopefully one way or another should get a refund.

I cancelled online yesterday, it said the full amount would be paid back onto the card used to pay.

We cancelled one a few days before 19th March and had that money back quickly. We sent an e mail for a May booking a couple of weeks ago and had a response yesterday to advise we could now go on line to request the cancellation which we’ve done and are now waiting for the refund. It’s not showing yet, but it took a few days last time.

Assuming you mean the official LGW parking? I cancelled ours by a simple email around 1 April and had an immediate "do not reply" email acknowledgement.

Then 2 days ago I had another email asking me to cancel via a properly set up web page where I retrieved my booking and cancelled (again )

Similar situation, I emailed 28 March and had acknowledgement.

I haven't had a refund or any further acknowledgement. I looked at their website and my booking is still showing as confirmed. I don't think I can do anything online as the date of parking has passed. Mick, was your booking for a future date?

Yes - we received ours - requested 14th March - received it back on 19th March. I think we got in relatively early before lots of flights had been cancelled, so it was a quick response.
