If I was to buy the infinity pass and my husband magic flex or magic plus, would we still be able to use the discount for the restaurant and the character dining?

Yes, this is what we have in my family - I have Infinity and use the bigger discount. DS has Magic Plus because we don’t need to double up on discounts or photo pass.

He cannot go into the Infinity only viewing areas for parade and fireworks. He can be my plus one for Infinity pool bookings but I can’t take anyone else.

It worked out very well for us over the past year. Do watch dates if you want to go over Christmas hols. I ended up buying him a friend ticket one day
With my pass because we decided on a last minute trip right before Christmas.
