Have to say out of every hotel I had booked on my pan USA road trip Garland were the best service on refunds- only matched in all the hotels I’ve had booked anywhere by Apex in the UK.
Garland assured me weeks ago if I couldn’t go I could get a refund. When the time came their manager replied to my emails straight away and even chased me for my expired card new expiry date, refunding the full non cancellable fee straight away.
I’ll be booking this hotel again in 2022 when I replan the trip. Hilton hotels I’ll be avoiding now though.
I also noticed Garland is a Conde Nast top 15 hotels in LA for 7 years running so it must be good.

Thanks for that.. we are looking at Disney for 3 nights, then going to LA for universal , warner brothers, boho tour and santa monica beach... NO CAR

Was thinking that Anaheim would be less busy than Orlando?
