Only stayed in 1 Bed at OKW - the place is HUGE.
If going for a 1 Bed again purely based on the space we'd probably pick here (plus cheap points wise) |

We stayed in a 1 bed at OKW last year. Tons of room for 5 but you have to go into the main bedroom to get to the bathroom so not ideal.
I would recommend Kidani, VGF, BLT. Kidani has the advantage of 2 bathrooms.

Another vote for Old Key West, loads of space with the added bonus of the single sleeper chair. We were in Turtle Pond area.
Also, there's the boat to Disney Springs! Edited at 07:30 PM. |

Here’s your choices if you need 5 sleep surfaces:
1. BLT- Fantastic rooms, huge with sleeper chair and sofa. Highly recommended. 2. OKW- Great resort, as above huge rooms but even bigger but not as good location or overall experience as BLT IMO. But still love it. 3. SSR newly refurbed 1 beds in preferred. Not stayed in one yet but one of the nicest rooms on property, with the Murphy sofa. 4. Riviera- lovely room, but having visited resort very points intensive for what’s on offer, not a great fan. Room probably best on property though. 5. VGF- Another I’ve never actually stayed in as too points intensive for me, but rooms great. I will give it a go at some point. 6. Animal Kingdom- Kidani has an advantage here room wise with two bathrooms which is where I’ve stayed. Overall I’d say out of the 4 options I’ve stayed at with 5 sleep surfaces BLT was my favourite but I haven’t stayed in the new SSR rooms yet which will greatly improve the SSR experience. But it’s all personal preference. Edited at 10:08 PM. |
