I have booked our up coming trip with Andy.
I have an email today saying...

With the continued uncertainty surrounding holidays and flight restrictions both here and in the USA we’ve updated the balance payment date on your booking to make things easier… With immediate effect, we’re removing the balance due date. Please only make payment once you know your flight and holiday are going ahead. This way you don’t have to pay and then wait for the refund should your holiday be cancelled at a later date. The latest payment would need to be made by is 2 weeks prior to collection.

What a great company to do business with. Always makes booking car hire effortless!

I had the same email too. Unfortunately, I’ve just had my flights cancelled by Virgin so have just had to cancel the car hire - absolutely gutted but can’t fault the service received from DFCH. Will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them .

Yes quite a few times

I've been promoting Andy on here for years and booked with him about 6 times in last 3 years. I didn't ask for my money back but moved it to our next trip in November to protect his cash flow.

One of the good guys in a sea of too many suppliers hanging on to your money.

If you're on line I did email Sunpass to ask when they were going to update the Avis rates. Standard bot generated useless response

I cancelled mine last night having not paid anything out. Andy just cancelled it for me ,no questions asked. I've used dfch twice now and will do so next year when we hopefully go back

I've given up on emailing them now... When there was a change before, they were receptive to it and updated their website quickly.
