I was going to ask this exact question as there are EMH AM on Sunday 13th September according to the DIBB Park Hours.

Would that cover ROR?

Don't count on the morning EMH remaining in place. They might still replace them with evening hours.

I checked the abbreviations list on this board before I typed my above reply. On the Dibb that's what they mean and what I've always understood them to mean, so that's confusing isn't it?

The abbreviations list here on the DIBB says that EMH means "Extra Magic Hours". It also says it means "Extra Morning Hours".

So, according to the DIBB's list of abbreviations, both apply and you are both right.

However, according to Disney, EMH means "Extra Magic Hours". Officially, there is no such thing as "Extra Morning Hours". Currently Hollywood Studios does have EMH.

Rise of the Resistance is not open during EMH.

If it does happen to stay would that mean we can get to the park early as we are staying onsite and then try to get on a BG at 8AM along with everyone else but we will already be in the park which may give us an advantage?

No, it doesn't give any advantage what time you arrive as long as you are in the park by the time the boarding groups open.

I think cause it’s such a detailed ride they use the evening for maintenance as it’s 2 months old now and if it’s going down 5/6 times a day they don’t want unhappy guests in the park who queues for 3 hours+.
I do think they should give on site guests advance over park guests if they do open it after all the boarding groups have done.
