Polish license plate

Not sure how this all works with Brexit now but I was hit by a polish driver while stationary a couple of years ago. He gave me the details of his green card drivers insurance needed for our insurance here.

I never claimed as I got a quote for the minimal damage and it was so small due to the speed at the time, he paid me direct. Luckily.

But if the police were involved in your accident I’d be asking them where the details are for the green card insurance from the Polish driver.

Could not believe my journey home on Monday, at exactly the same time of day at the same roundabout an Estonian lorry pulled out into the wrong lane again in front of me, luckily I had an idea what he was going to do and pulled in behind him.
My husband picked me up as I’m too shaken to drive again and he witnessed exactly what happened to me in the same place with another Polish driver. He couldn’t stop as a witness as he was on the opposite side of the road and there was no where safe to pull in.
It has reassured me it was me but goodness knows how many accidents these drivers cause.
