Paid balance with WDTC no email yet.

I paid my balance on Monday online, but I haven’t received confirmation yet. Is this normal or do I ring them? I never have time to hold as they’re experiencing high call volumes at the min. Going in December x

Have you tried accessing your booking via their website? This should show you the outstanding balance/payments made.

I'm pretty sure I didn't receive anything either.

I booked mine with DLP direct but a few months later decided to take my sister and niece and got a better deal with WDTC. I paid both balances a while ago and I while I got an email for mine I never did get one for my sister. However when I log in it does show it as paid.

Thanks guys. I’ve logged in & it’s all showing as paid, I just thought I’d of got an updated invoice but not to worry, I’ll just wait for the confirmation in the post with luggage tags!
