Virgin holidays - My Disney Experience
My holiday is on the 11th September and I’ve booked with Virgin Holidays and the Virgin app is saying I can register ‘my Disney experience’ and make fastpass+ reservations and book dining reservations from 11th August . So does this mean I can’t book fastpass+ reservations 60 days before or make dining reservations 180 days before and only a month before instead?

Dining reservations can be made upto 180 days before the date,
If you are staying onsite at disney, fastpasses are 60 days. If you are NOT staying onsite, fastpasses are at 30 days.

I would suggest, in that case, that you get in touch with VH and get your disney reference number, so that you can see your booking on MDE.
It's definitely 60 days though for fastpasses.swandolphin/leisureinfo/benefits.html

Not sure what you mean link your fastpasses to virgin reference? Have you found your booking on MDE? Including hotel and tickets? Are your Disney tickets showing as linked already? If so, then you just need to wait until 60 days out to book your fastpasses on the app. You don’t need to have a link for tickets just to book dining I don’t think, which you can do at 180 days out. If your tickets aren’t linked to the app, then you will need to do this but if you have booked a package then they should just appear.

You won’t be able to book fastpasses at 90 days, it will be 60 days, I expect the 30 day wording is generic as more people stay offsite and in that case 30 days is accurate.
You will need to get your reservation / tickets linked up before you can book any fastpasses though. |

Yes that is correct. Once you have the reference number you can put that into the app and it will then know about your Disney Resort booking.
Then, when your 60 day window opens, you’ll be able to book your FP selections for your whole trip. Restaurant ADRs can be booked at 180 days out for your first 10 days. You don’t need the reference number to do that, just link a credit card to your account.
