Shall we have a Christmas thread...Bargains/nice things etc.
I wondered if it would be nice to have a thread as Christmas is on its way, where we could all share bargains... like where to buy things that are good value, tips on which food is nice, tried and tested, deals etc.. etc...
Everyone loves a bargain especially these days as we all are watching our pennies in many ways, necessity, holidays... Plus it would be nice to find out what people have bought and if its really nice we can all enjoy eating and drinking some of it, that maybe we didn't think of buying. We can keep adding to it all the time. My first ones are... Asdas at the moment have "proper" Sellotape (large roll)... £1.50 each. Buy two and its £2.00. Sainsburys have the lovely "Bacardi Mojito" ready made large bottle £10 instead of £15 (£11 in Asda too). (Gorgeous drink). Asda All Butter Parmesan & Garlic Mini Twists... not a good buy. Espensive and not really worth it. Okay for putting in soup as Croutons. Asda Belgian Almond Thins... again not a good buy, expensive but nothing special. There you are tips and advice... you dont always have to take them, but just thought it would be a nice idea. Especially when it may make you find something you didn't think of buying and finding you love it. Tracy. xx

Asda have the tins/tubs of chocolate at £4 (heroes, roses, quality street & celebrations)
Sainsburys have Baileys £9.39 for 1 ltr all flavours.
