Castle club upgrade

We leave in the morning for 4 nights at the Disneyland hotel. I emailed a request for a room with a nice view if possible and they responded that they would be delighted to do this, subject to availability. Could this be an elusive foc castle club upgrade? Has any dibbers ever had anything foc from this hotel?

As those rooms are Euro 800 to 1000 per night, I doubt it. You'll probably get one looking out over the gardens at the DLH entrance.

We got upgraded in 2012 to a park view, but this was not a castle club room.

That would be ace! Not fussed about castle club but just was wondering what they would or could do without charges!

we got a park view via a friendly email and it was great. We had a good view of the main street station and left side entrance.

You would be the envy of many people if you got a free castle club upgrade.
