Surely, the officers dealing with her bankruptcy would insist that she sells her 'mansion' as it is an asset the sale money would go towards paying off some of her creditors, or the property is taken from her and sold. Any income she is now earning would be I'm sure declared to them and they would give her a living amount and the rest into the pot for her creditors. However, the rich or were rich never seem to have to sell assets to pay off their debts

Having met her in sad circumstances she is not a bit like her "stage" persona and dresses pretty normally in jeans and white shirt, why she has to behave like an idiot I don't know.

It was always her brother who delt with her finances and gave her a monthly allowance.

I think it's probably all her businesses she's wound up and her personal money will be safely tucked away.

I used to watch all her shows and buy her books. At one time I admired her. Now I just feel sorry for her as its like she can't handle that her time has been and gone.

It's so sad that she thinks the same old hat repeat man/marriage will get her headlines. The worlds moved on and changed.

I don't know what to make of Katy Price, but I do love Harvey, he is such a lovely lad. Its really sad for her children.

She obviously has some issues, I personally think she has body dysmorphia or whatever it is called. She struggles so much with her body image.
Her need for a man and getting pregnant right away screams some sort of mental disorder.
She doesn't seem to have anybody in her life who doesn't want to use her fame and could help her get her life in order.
Her mum is ill and judging from the state of her house she probably suffers with depression as well.
Her life screams to me mental illness and I wish she would get some help for the car crash her life has become

Sadly it seems women come in for more vitriol then men do when things go wrong , and it would seem from here they are fair game when it comes to personal insults .
Sadly it seems people love to gloat in others misfortune .

Yes assets will be seized and sold to pay debts , if there are still debts after this she will have pay anything she earns , after allowable expenses until its all cleared or for x amount of time

It isn't a get out of jail free card

The problem with unpaid taxes is they can accrue large penalties and interest these can , if left too long exceed the original debt . I suspect the amount she agreed to pay each month was unrealistic , but HMRC are a bit cash strapped these days and don't give debtors a long payment plan

I agree with a lot of posts, she definitely has some sort of mental illness and needs a lot of help.
I honestly think she was only ever happy with Pete and when they broke up, she was never the same. I think he was the love of her life. Sad really..
