We were supposed to go in a couple of days time and I think we’re going to book for next December when flights are released. I think the deposit will be £400 for 5 of us (BA). The flights are really cheap at the moment (but I’m sure they’ll go up when our dates are released). But I’m thinking if it gets cancelled we’ll lose a few hundred (worse case), but if we wait then the price might have gone up a few hundred anyway. I’m going to take the chance.

We booked Hilton midtown, it was one of the cheaper ones as all we need is a bed!

I’m eager to book something, but wondering if anyone is risking booking something towards the end of next year in the US? £1400 for 4 of us, 4 nights flight & hotel is such a good price and cheaper than what we were paying for the same dates this year!
I’m looking at the moment to rebook Boston Chicago, just checked price & with BA it’s gone down over £400 since last week this is October 23rd for 7 nights
Really not sure what to do, want to have insurance in place but that renews end of January, I might give them a call & see if we are covered

We stayed at the Weston Grand Central last time and it was lovely, I wouldn’t want to be in Times Sq, much prefer the midtown location. The Hilton is fine, will probably do similar, as long as it has hearing, a toilet and 2 beds to sleep in, I’m all good!

We normally go in August for the tennis and still have fingers crossed for next year but haven't booked anything yet.
