Used to be radio 2, but I followed Chris Evans to Virgin in the mornings as I don't like Zoe Ball on the radio. Graham Norton has just joined him there, so that's weekend mornings sorted too. Can't bear Jeremy Whine at lunchtime, but Steve Wright and Sarah Cox are good.

I really only listen to bbc radio 6. I'm into a wide variety of music but prefer the stuff that isn't mainstream.
I also listen to the local BBC station for thr bbc introducing program. From both I get to hear new music rather than the same generic stuff.

Radio Sheffield in a morning for local news. Toby Foster the presenter doesn’t live far from me and I go every year to the festival he organises at Wentworth Woodhouse.
Country Hits Radio, Absolute 80s or Absolute Classic Rock for music. R4 for the Archers 😆
