Vouchers for universal

H we have vouchers for universal we know you have to get them exchanged so two question when you get them exchanged they activate straight away or not until you enter park .and two does everyone have to exchange there own ticket or can lead person change them all has there are 15 of us thank you .

We had these a couple of years ago, I was able to exchange the vouchers for tickets at a self service machine for everyone in the group, just needed the voucher plus the credit card I’d bought them with.

This is all before you enter the park so you don’t need to activate them on the same day you collect them, that’s done on first park entry.

Hi geewhiz thanks for your reply . Only now stuck again we didn't buy on C/C we payed cash on house of frazer discount card any idea what else I need now cheers

I’d read the vouchers, does it not say on there? If your names are listed then most like proof of who you are will be enough

I’d go to the ticket desk/guest services (not sure what it’s called) with I.D for everyone.
