Villa areas

Hi!
So last year we had a villa for the first time in the ChampionsGate area. We were actually just off Ronald Regan Parkway and a few mins drive to Champion Gate publix and a coupe of resteraunts.

Next year we want to try another area completely. No parks so location to Disney/Universal not an issue but we'd like resteraunts/take out/supermarkets/711's close by.

Thought 192 area so more West side of Orlando but can anyone give me other suggestions or even specific recommendations of areas/villas.

It shouldmt make a difference but we want a villa with a private pool rather than a condo or townhouse and not bothered by resort facilities are we are gonna hang by pool most days and head out to eat.

This might be worth a look while you're waiting for personal recommendations. I've seen a map somewhere too, but can't for the life of me find it now!

We have stayed at Emerald island.
Has a variety of different sized villas and just off 192.

While West Haven is our own personal favourite, we have stayed at Hampton Lakes on numerous occasions and is always our back up if we cannot find find one at West Haven. If you can get one with a lakeside view all the better

We have stayed at Emerald Island too. Close to shops and restaurants. What did you think of Championsgate? We have booked a villa there for next month.

Look around the US27 near the junction of the 192, plenty of good villas around there. How many bedrooms do you need

Put a request in the villa rental area with what you would like including dates and party size and owners with availability will respond directly to you. The villa map also shows all the different villa communities that are available.

It was a lovely place to drive and and out of and despite people saying the I4 was aful we didnt have any problems. Getting on it on the morning took a few minutes but it always looked worse than what it was really.
The resteraunts at Champions Gate i didnt rate though. Millers and Chillis both just didnt have the same high level of service that we had seen from the same chain on Idrive. Staff were less keen to smile it seemed. In fact the only reason for looking at another area was to get closer to more touristy resteraunts as i felt the Champions gate ones had more of a captive audiance and so didnt try as much. Toilets were dirty at Chillis for example.
But the area is otherwise nice and easy to get everywhere.

Another vote for Emerald isle stayed there 6 times now and gated.
