I Squeezed one out, so we Squeezed one in. October 2018. Day 6 - Epcot & Disney Springs.

I squeezed one out, so we squeezed one in.
Day 6.
Thursday 11th October 2018.
Epcot & Disney Springs.

Day 5 - Hollywood Studios Here.

This post will be very short as I’m rubbish and didn’t take notes for the trip ☹️ but don’t want to leave the TR unfinished, so here is a very brief breakdown of our day at Epcot, the F&W festival & Chef Art Smiths Homecoming...

Our FPs today were for Nemo & Frozen, it was our first time on frozen and we all loved it. Today was super hot and Emilia had about of a melt down just after the frozen ride, we think it was the heat/hunger/over tired, we gave her a bottle and she fell asleep for a good hour and when she woke up she was her usual happy self, we kept grabbing free cups of water to keep her cool and hydrated. Now on to F&W...

Finally on our 4th visit to Disney World we got to experience **Food & Wine Festival** - We had all read the menus before we went and had each picked 1 or 2 things from each booth... only problem being we were booked in at Homecoming at 5.30, so none of us wanted to fill up too much as we were all really looking forward to Homecoming! That being said we still had our fair share. We had previously seen a few posts that it was always so busy with major queues and nowhere to sit, we went on a Thursday and started as soon as World Showcase opened. All the way round we didn’t queue once and never struggled for a seat! That being said we had to run back around to China around 4pm (myself and my sister have a traditional picture in China which we had forgotten to take and had to run back for! ) and it was sooo much busier, queues about 5 people deep and no seats, so for future reference guys get your F & W fix early morning/afternoon 😋
We all loved the experience of food and wine and hope to get back one day to try more.. everything we did try was absolutely delish, details of what everything was and prices are on the pics ☺️

We left Epcot and got the bus to Disney Springs for our reservation at Homecoming, we were all so excited for this. First thing we did was order a round of Bud Lights 😊 then we were shown to our table and ordered. CJ had a bit of a hard time as the only vegetarian option was cooked in the same oil as the chicken 🤦🏻 so that was a no, she ended up picking 3 sides and loved them all, here’s what we had...

Fried Chicken & Doughnuts & Auntie's Chocolate Cake.

Capitol Meatloaf & Doughnuts.
