Parking at Gatwick

We used to use APH, who are very good and their shuttle to and from the airport is very reliable.

The last couple of trips, however, we've used a taxi which we book in advance through Holiday Extras and, because we pay up front we don't have to tip them, either. In fact, back in August our driver refused to take one!

It was £85 up front, and the longer you go for the cheaper it works out. I paid £80 in 2015 and £85 in 2016 with a bigger car. We are only 40 minutes away from the airport. OH prefers to use taxis now, as it means he doesn't have to worry about driving home after a night flight.

Thanks for this, I've just booked for August for £53.79 which includes a 99p cancellation fee and 89p credit card charge.

I paid £65 (via myGatwick) for 17 days in November in the long stay and would do this again.
