Help needed, Halloween Horror nights

Afternoon

The fambo and I are looking into our second once in a life time Trip!

First time was xmas with the mouse, now is love to go back again but mrs red and the reds Jnrs are edging towards Halloween, quick question doe universal close certain rides and attractions to accommodate these scare zones or are they additional, also is there an age limit? Youngest will be 14 at the time of travel

Thanks in advance

The park will shut at 5 on certain nights to accommodate the event (separate ticket) and there are a few select ride shows open. It's not recommended for children under 13. HHN is amazing but can be scary.

The Mummy, Transformers, Rip, Ride, Rocket, MIB, The Simpsons will all be operating during HHN. HHN is intense but only you know your child. Perhaps show him some of the houses on YouTube and see what he thinks. They're all on there. Lol.

I'd say check out some videos and see how you think your youngest will be. As others say it's fantastic but it can be scary. Another thing that peopl don't say much but it's so so loud and that can be scary!
A lot of rides do stay open and the lines are often really short - it varies but generally will be Rip Ride Rocket, The Mummy, Transformers, Men in Black, Escape from Gringotts, possibly the Simpsons ride but not sure
