Have you checked in and got final paperwork ?
It does not say Brits guide but like I said it say STRATHEARN PUBLISHING which is Brits guide

If you google STRATHEARN PUBLISHING you will see many topics on other sites regarding booking via brits

Like I said I have never been asked for the book but it could happen, your paperwork and alamo system does show you booked via brits, I do not think the staff are really interested as there are many other alamo links you can use for discounts such as the BA and travel industry both of which give bigger discounts.
If the alamo staff were to check everyones paperwork and ask for proof there would be a riot.

There is a thread on here an old one though that also refers to this

Probably why more people don't abuse the Alamo Trade discount link (if Alamo didn't know the difference between any bookings everyone could use it).

If I ever use Brits I always have a PDF of the book just in case

I have all my holiday invoices going back to 1994!

I have spent the last 30 mins checking the Brits reservations I have had
On the documents we print off there is no mention of Strathearn Publishing, there is however on the rental agreement they give you at the exit barrier.

I'm not saying you can't see it when you fill the forms in online but when you print off the rental agreement, check in and skip the counter documents which you need to take - there is nothing about Brits or Strathearn. Anyway we're all getting a bit pedantic (do you like that word&#128521 now. The point is no one to my knowledge has ever been asked for the book. However I do have an old copy on my Kindle - just in case🤗

I have never been asked myself and never witnessed or heard of anyone being asked and also have an old copy on my phone.
I have even seen threads on other forums where people in germany have used the brits site to book cars
But It does not matter to me this year I have used the BA/Avis booking and saved a lot more than Alamo/brits

So, looks like most, if not all, can agree the book hasn't been asked for, is unlikely to be asked for (particularly at any other airport but MCO), add in that Alamo staff are likely oblivious of it's existance and hopefully all is good

I've been using an AA discount code for Hertz for years and no one has ever asked for the card. As said, staff are often oblivious to how you came about the rate and don't really care.

if you're paranoid, you could always buy the 2015 guide for £2.34 - amazon/Brit-Guide-...cb8a4dc9c8cb29

but i've never been asked, and if anyone HAD have been asked, we would have heard about it by now!
