I find Ba.com hotels.com and netflights.com generally come up cheapest, included taxes and normally have cash back too.

Op it's just a matter of shopping around the sites. The prices are high this year.

Netflights were he cheapest for our 3 nights a royal Pacific for this August. I got a little bit more off by phoning and asking as well

(tip - leave it on the Aus flag top right - but make sure it is set to £).
Taxes at 12% are included. So either 0.5% to pay or they have rounded . I suspect the latter.
