The Crystal Maze

I had a fantastic day today - we went to the Crystal Maze in London. It was expensive, but I can't say enough how brilliant it was - it felt just like being on the TV programme! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, we booked last March as it's been so popular but it was well worth the wait

I keep eyeing up the Manchester version.

Thanks for sharing what you thought of it.

The theming was amazing and the games were great - a real mix of some that we're pretty achievable and others that were really tricky - just right to keep it interesting

Was there a risk of getting locked in the rooms like they used to do on the show?

I would hate to pay all that and then get trapped and nobody use a crystal to buy me out lol

Yes, 2 of our team got locked in but we managed to get them out by doing a couple of team tasks rather than them languishing in a corner somewhere! They're only out for a maximum of 4 games anyway and can also get themselves "out" by doing another puzzle.
