It's not just background data updates and I will bet my last dollar that you didn't switch everything off that needed to be switched off.

Visit the t'interweb man and get them to do it, much quicker and means your data allowance lasts much longer .. Unless you're trying to download movies or upload a million photos.

If you're on the Dream or Fantasy, he's on the same deck (and side) as the little cafe mid ship. On the a magic or Wonder, he's at the end of the Promenade Lounge.

He'll have a white name badge edged in red which means he's contracted to DCL (same as all spa staff).
