Talking Dover cruise port

A friend from the US has asked and I am not sure ... Can anyone help please xx


Dover cruise port what airport is closest. How long does it take from each airport? Heathrow or LGW.

Gatwick is closer, about 45 minutes
Heathrows about an hour and a half.

Yes I live just near Dover and either lgw or even stansted, if that is another option for them? It takes 1 hour from Dover and approx another hour to LHR due to M25.

But if they're getting the train, don't forget that part of the high speed link is closed currently, so they'll need to get the Victoria train from Dover.

International Friends do little tours if they're interested. Last year they did Leeds Castle (near Maidstone, Kent, not Leeds), Canterbury, or Harry Snotter Studios in Hertfordshire.
