WDW transport

Hi all

this will be our first trip without a hire care and I am worried about the transport each day, it looks as though it may take a bit of planning - for example we are staying at POR and are thinking of an anniversary meal at Yachtsman. Am I right in thinking we would need to get a bus to Epcot (or another park) and then a bus from there to the resort (or walk from Epcot)?
Are there any routes where the bus would stop at another hotel before getting to the park?

If I was you get a bus Hollywood Studios and catch the friendship boat to the Yacht Club or you can walk it there it takes about 20 minutes from the HS.
