Someone on another forum has said dining plans would be 2016 rules until the 14th January as until then there's no way to know if a guest has a 2016 plan or a 2017 one. The change should therefore happen today and we should start to see some reports filtering through. I'm going to keep an eye out and once I get some confirmed reports I'll change my dining plan stickie.
