Sarah, thats still really great weight loss, dont be disheartened, if you were to weigh that out in sugar its loads. If you keep that up each week you will be feeling and looking fabulous for holiday!

Started with my Fitbit last week and going to join slimming world tomorrow. Last time I did slimming world years ago it didn't really work for me but I thought I'd give it another go. Will be looking at the older thread and this one for recipe ideas.
I'm doing dry January too and I love my wine but not missed it yet (much). I saw a saying the other day 'summer bodies are made in the winter' hopefully getting mine sorted over the next few months 😃 |

Thanks Louise, I will be fine, I am sure I will catch up with the others soon. My friend who does the scales said that was how she did it, it was no more than a 2lb a week and she has been at target now for a year.
Just keep slimming, just keep slimming, (bet you said that in a Dory way )

One and a half pounds is still a great loss Sarah but I know what you mean when you go back for your weigh in at end of first week and people have big losses. If you lose 1.5 a week it quickly adds up to around half a stone a month and that's something to smile about. xx

Selina I've only just discovered your trippie and loving it even though I havnt commented on it yet 😳... youve been eating some lovely looking food my lovely but I did think to myself a lot of healthy stuff is there too... you can't take slimming world out of the girl lol😉😉... enjoy your last few sunny days it's Baltic here bring us a bit of sun back

Right early morning confessional...😳😳 I gave into the munchies last night and well and truly toppled off the scales... two crumpets with a scraping of butter, a couple of custard creams and a magnum... oops. So I'm back on it this morning and what will be will be... if I gain next week it's nobody's fault but my own ... will just have to see what happens... I am however proud I havnt eaten like this for nearly a fortnight lol which is good for me 😉😉
Edited to add this was after I went to Asda and bought a load of low fat goodies... couldn't get the fibre one bars so think I was drowning my sorrows... the shelves had been cleared! Edited at 08:21 AM. |
