My legs and arms are killing me after yesterday's workout and I'm back with pt again today. On the plus side I've lost 3 inches off my waist since Friday, an inch off my hips and an inch and a half off my chest along with 3 lbs in weight.

Well done on the weight loss. I find not working at home and walking to/from the station helps me. Keeps me out of the kitchen cupboard!

Thanks. It's the being in the house alone during the day that is the issue for me. Now three days a week I go see the pt and keep a food diary so he can see what I've been eating (which isn't enough now that I'm being good apparently).

My self control is not very good and that is being kind. OH is trying to get me to eat more vegetables but I would rather eat choc and lots of meat!
