World of Disney partially closed at DS

Went for a walk around DS today and went in the entrance at the Uniqlo end - at first it seemed normal and then I noticed it is much smaller than it used to be. Went outside to have a walk around and at least 90% of the shop is closed for refurbishment - so anyone who isn't visiting Disney theme parks and going to DS for some shopping it is a little limited compared to what it used to be like. There isn't any notification to say when it will re-open.

The remaining store did stock the new millenial pink sweatshirt (not impressed with quality for the cost) and MP sparkly ears.

Also noticed Little Miss-Matched has closed too.

I think you’ll find a lot of the stock has moved to a temporary shop round the corner while the work is being done

Yes there is a temporary store around past Uniqlo where the entrance to the Lime garage is but to be honest I thought it small and not particularly good stock levels - everything was for small children. Will have another look for other places for adults clothing etc when I go back next week.

It isn't like Disney to miss a selling opportunity

The lady told me yesterday that the refurb will continue until October

We found this out last week. Was really disappointed. The jewellery has been moved to another store
