Do they cancel flights if they are not very full? This is the only direct flight from Manchester to Las Vegas so a bit bothered if they cancelled as the indirect flights would get us there very late in the evening and then after collecting a car would have a minimum of a 90 minute drive to our hotel.
As mentioned above, seat maps, especially in economy, are not a great guide of how heavily sold a flight is.

Nobody outside the airline can be sure, but based on seat availability I would say your flight is not heavily sold, but if Virgin (I'm assuming you are flying Virgin) were rationalising flights, it would likely have happened earlier than this. Additionally, cancelling such a flight also means cancelling the return. The Upper and PE cabins are heavily sold for the return LAS-MAN that day, so while nothing is 100% on balance it's fairly likely your flight will operate.

It would have been busy from Orlando, however it was Las Vegas we flew back from and there were very few children on the flight.

always stuck to busy flights as we are both teachers, so a quite one was a pleasure, we were so excited for a spare seat next to us on the back row of the bubble

Im hoping that there are a few seats as I am in education too so generally can only travel in term closure.
Our flight home connects through Orlando now, originally was Boston, but changed due to flight rescheduling and it is packed. Was looking for a flight less packed with kids but not going to get that on a MCO flight home. Not to worry, headphones and a couple of drinks will work too!

There’s nothing like a quiet flight. Summer is low season in Vegas, most Americans couldn’t be paid to go to the desert in August but traditionally us Brits and Europeans in general have gone in summer to Vegas and even Death Valley. But perhaps people are deciding it’s too hot for them and especially kids. Outside the Dibb the US based travel sites/forums are strongly anti coming in summer and anti bringing kids in general. And the roadtrippers get good deals into LAX, BA puts on extra flights to Phoenix so all that cuts into the Vegas routes too.
