Hi we are due to be in Florida late May and I am thinking of buying a Go pro. We’ve lots coming up in the next 12 months and so I would be getting one anyway but will they be much cheaper there or should I get one before I go? Thanks

It should be a similar number of dollars as £ price so definitely get it there, planning to get one when I'm there

You can order it online from the likes of Walmart a few days before you travel and collect it from the store...or get it delivered to where you are staying from Amazon

At current pricing ($249 at Walmart/Target/Amazon vs £280-299 at Amazon/Argos/John Lewis) that's cracking saving to get a hero 5 out there.

Last year I ordered an Apple Watch a few days before we arrived and collected from Best Buy. It arrived within 2 days and was really easy to order and collect.

I’ll be doing the same this time.

To be honest I wouldn’t bother with a GoPro. There are just as good alternatives out there that do everything a GoPro does for a fraction of the cost
