Have you tried using a zipcode?

'Something' (I was told, but don't recall the details), has changed for a lot of US online payments. I couldn't book tickets for a tour, so rang them for advice. The company knew there was a problem, and said their bank had advised overseas customers use the local zipcode with their usual card address. I did this and it worked, so maybe that's what you need to do?

I'll join you with some popcorn and wait for someone to come along and tell me that it didn't happen, shouldn't happen, and that I am somehow defrauding the Bank of the United States of America and that the staff member I spoke with was wrong and that the company only takes bookings from Florida residents ...

Some people on here have an obsession with the fact that because the holiday costs so much in the first place that we should all be happy to pay whatever for extra's, and not try to save some money, whether it be the cost of park tickets or waiting for the exchange rate to go a bit higher before changing money. I believe that it's because the holiday alone costs so much that I want to squeeze as much savings as i can along the way. An exchange rate of 1.45 rather than 1.40 might not be a great deal of difference, but it's extra money in my pocket that I didn't have.

I signed up with michaels on my last visit it was the store assistant that told me to do it, I told her I live in the U.K. but she said that’s ok and proceeded to sign me up saved me quite a bit of money as I had bought a lot of stuff. I did show her my driving licence for ID so I was honest
