Peppermint Mocha Latte & Gingerbread White Mocha Latte @ Joffery's Stand
Peppermint Mocha Latte & Gingerbread White Mocha Latte @ Joffery's Stand
No pictures of the actual drink since they pretty much just looked like coffee! There were both great, the Gingerbread mixed with White Hot Chocolate and coffee probably had the edge though. Perfect for that festive feeling!

Liberty Tree Tavern - Magic Kingdom - Lunch
Liberty Tree Tavern - Magic Kingdom - Lunch
We were heading to Liberty Tree Tavern for a “christmas dinner”, a new restaurant for us this one! The lobby was suitably festive! We were seated in the window of the George Washington room This was one of the smaller rooms which was great because it was nice and quiet and pretty much kid free, a rarity at disney of course :P First we ordered drinks, when it arrived I realised how thirsty and dehydrated I was, I finished one off in minutes! We ordered the cheese to start and it came out pretty quickly It was lovely, very processed and pretty much like any fried cheese sticks you get in chain restaurants, but as I say YUMMY! It being christmas I went with the turkey dinner this was by far one of my favourite meals of the trip. The turkey was freshly carved and not at all dry. I ended up ordering extra gravy since this was also brilliant. I'm usually a bit picky about mash, it tends to be either lumpy or very processed but this was smooth and creamy. Adam went for something from the specials menu Fish and chips! with coleslaw?!?!?! All great apart from the coleslaw which like most slaw in the states was a little dry. The fish and chips were both crispy and the fish inside was flaky and delicious. Finally it was time for dessert, another BIG reason for being here, I had kinda oversold this to Adam a little at this point and we were both saving room for it.. The ooey gooey toffee cake This was everything I wanted it to be and more, ooey, gooey, warm & chewy, just AMAZING! It was very sickly though and I hate to say it but we didn’t finish it all I’m glad we hadn’t been greedy and ordered one each!
