BA Flight meal and snacks

So the plane food. I did take on some poshcorn from the shop in coconut and vanilla flavour and a peach and almond natural bar both helped to fill the gap in-between

First off an orange juice for both of us and the best pretzels ever we love them. We often grab a large bag for the weekend in Sainsburys



The hot meal choices were not good...so we both had the vegetarian option which was a vegetable lasagne. It came with a salmon and potato salad, a bread roll, cheese and crackers and a chocolate butterscotch mousse.



The lasagne although so hot I burnt my mouth was really tasty I ate it all so good especially for aeroplane food. The salad not so good it just never tastes fresh and the roll was rock hard as usual so I left those. The cheese and crackers were again very tasty and the pudding was good but very sickly I love sweet things but this was a little much!

The last snack was a chicken and pesto sandwich and a kitkat.



Hmmm future reference don't put chicken and pesto in a sandwich it made me feel a little ill tbh so I wasn't a fan. I kept tasting it as well even after brushing my teeth TMI sorry

Positive points

The hot meal was very good. Erm... that's about it haha.

Overall
The service was soooooo slow we didn't get a meal for well over an hour from when they started serving. Also the snack was finally given to us 10 minutes before we landed so had to eat very quickly. We were only given drinks with food if we wanted a drink we had to get up and go to the back of the plane to get one! I give it a 5/10 IMO virgin food is WAY better. DH also gave it a 5/10
